AI and automation for Moroccan SMBs: what it actually looks like

"AI integration" has become a marketing line you see everywhere, often reduced to a chatbot bolted onto a site that hasn't changed underneath. At Lunar Innovate, we'd rather start from two concrete examples, drawn from projects we've actually delivered for Moroccan brands.

First example: at MC Ozsan Music, a musical instrument store in Casablanca, AI guides a non-expert visitor to the right purchase through a 4-step quiz (instrument family, budget, level), rather than answering generic questions. The problem it solves: a catalog of 90 technical products that's unreadable to anyone without music knowledge.

Second example, and a deeper one: at Mieux Jeans, a premium denim brand with 2 stores in Casablanca, automation connects the e-commerce site, in-store checkout, inventory and production in real time — 6 modules, over 33 API endpoints. An AI chatbot (GPT-4o-mini) is built in, but it's just one piece among others: the real automation is syncing the operational data itself.

The common thread: in both cases, the AI or automation answers a precise, documented business problem (choosing an instrument without expertise; syncing inventory and orders across multiple channels), not a vague need to "have AI on the site."

If your business runs multiple sales channels, a complex catalog, or repetitive manual processes, that's probably where to start looking — not by bolting on a generic chatbot. Our AI Integration and Automation services always start from that diagnosis.
